Tradition and innovation: digital skills for the artisans of tomorrow. First meeting of the cycle of 5 events to overcome the ‘gender gap’

On Tuesday 26 July 2022 at 10:00, at the Centro Artigianale Digitale of Cava de ‘Tirreni (SA) in via Francesco Crispi 14, the workshop entitled Tradition and innovation: digital skills for the artisans of tomorrow will take place: a dedicated day the knowledge of new training courses on digital printing which, also through a laboratory activity, can add value to skills already acquired, allowing participants to experience the creativity of a new production model and to glimpse the professional scenarios.

The meeting represents the first of a cycle of 5 events – promoted by Regione Campania, Directorate General for Social and Social – Health Policies and implemented by Sviluppo Campania SpA as part of the Tracing the differences project. Entrepreneurship, science and knowledge to overcome the gender gap – with the aim of giving information and impetus to the complete implementation of the lines of action provided for by DGR n. 112 del 27/02/2018.

The intervention is funded by the POR Campania ESF 2014-2020, as part of Axis I which promotes, among other things, information campaigns and territorial animation aimed at spreading the knowledge of the tools available to facilitate the participation of women in the market. of work.

The cycle of meetings intends to propose moments of confrontation that also include the enhancement of “positive actions” (best cases at work, experiences of women) and information (opportunities, calls for proposals, intervention measures to overcome the gender gap at work), with testimonies from the world of work and knowledge, aimed at different targets of women looking for new training and professionalization paths, to artisans or third sector operators.
